- Encode and update inventory data in the company’s system or spreadsheets
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile physical stock with system records.
- Monitor, record, and manage stock levels of materials, supplies, and finished goods
- Prepare and submit inventory reports to management.
- Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams for stock replenishment.
