仕事内容
- Amazon、楽天、Qoo10 等のECモールを中心としたオンラインショップの運営業務全般を担当していただきます。
- 日々の受注・出荷管理、在庫管理を行い、円滑な店舗運営を支援します。
- 販売データやアクセスデータを分析し、売上向上に向けた改善施策を企画・実行します。
- 市場動向や競合他社の分析を行い、キャンペーンや販促施策、店舗イベントの運営を行います。
- 商品ページの管理・改善、顧客対応（お問い合わせ対応・レビュー対応）を通じて、顧客満足度の向上を図ります。
要件
- 教育資格: 大学卒業
- 経験レベル: 0–2年
- スキルと能力: EC販売管理、受注処理、データ整理・分析能力，基本的なPCスキル（Excel、データ管理等）
- 職務と責任: EC店舗運営全般，販促企画、キャンペーン運営
- 特性と魅力: 責任感があり、細かい作業を丁寧に行える方
Fixed Schedule·09:30-17:30·実働時間：7時間
Full Two-Day Weekends (Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays Off)
