Designing interior layouts, selecting furnishings and materials, managing projects from concept to completion, collaborating with clients and stakeholders.
Conceptualize and create aesthetic, functional designs for interior spaces while aligning with client objectives and Edward Co Tan + Architects standards.
Collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and clients throughout the design and implementation phases to ensure seamless project execution.
Stay abreast of industry trends and materials, and advocate for sustainable design solutions.
Prepare sketches, floor plans, and 3D renderings to communicate design intent.
Oversee installation, furnish, and accessorize spaces, ensuring design consistency and quality.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design
Experience Level: Candidates should have 1-3 years of professional experience in interior design.
Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in design software, strong creative and spatial awareness, excellent communication, and project management skills.
Working Conditions: Office setting with site visits, willingness to work flexible hours to meet project deadlines.
Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, innovative, adaptable, collaborative spirit, and a keen eye for aesthetics.
