The Integration Architect is an experienced and highly skilled technical resource with specialization in SAP Process Orchestration (SAP PO). He leads the design, development, and implementation of enterprise integration solutions, ensuring seamless connectivity across diverse systems. He works closely with business and technical teams to deliver robust, scalable, and future-proof integration architectures that align with organizational goals.

Job Responsibilities

1. Integration Architecture Design:

• Design, develop, and document integration solutions leveraging SAP Process Orchestration (SAP PO) and other middleware tools.
• Define integration patterns and best practices to ensure efficient system connectivity and data flow.

2. SAP Process Orchestration Expertise:

• Utilize SAP PO tools such as Advanced Adapter Engine (AAE), Enterprise Service Repository (ESR), and Integration Builder.
• Design and implement business processes using SAP Business Process Management (BPM) and SAP Business Rules Management (BRM).
• Configure and manage various SAP PO adapters, including REST, SOAP, JDBC, IDoc, and RFC.

3. Collaboration and Leadership:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and system analysts to gather integration requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to integration teams, ensuring quality deliverables.

4. Performance Optimization:

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration solutions for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Conduct performance testing and implement improvements based on findings.

5. Compliance and Security:

• Ensure compliance with enterprise integration standards and industry best practices.
• Implement robust security protocols for integrations, including encryption, authentication, and secure data handling.

6. Emerging Technologies:

• Stay updated on SAP’s latest offerings (e.g., SAP Integration Suite, Cloud Integration, APIs) and advise on transitioning from SAP PO to cloud-native solutions if needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Integration architecture or development; with SAP Process Orchestration (SAP PO) hands-on experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in integration architecture or development; At least 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP Process Orchestration (SAP PO).
• Strong proficiency in SAP PO components: AAE, ESR, BPM, BRM, and adapters.
• Solid understanding of SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and non-SAP system integrations.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, web services (SOAP/REST), and OData services.
• Familiarity with SAP Cloud Integration Suite and its tools.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java or Groovy for custom integration logic.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Certifications in SAP Process Orchestration or SAP Integration Suite.
• Experience in migrating integrations from SAP PO to SAP Integration Suite.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for integration development.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).
• Amenable to work in Mandaluyong and in a hybrid arrangement.
