We’re looking for a professional lawyer to create and review the legal terms for our new online platform.

What you’ll do

  • Develop all Terms and Conditions for the platform (users, clients, creators, etc.)
  • Draft and/or review our Privacy Policy and other key policies (e.g. cookies, acceptable use, age limits)
  • Make sure everything follows UK laws and regulation
  • Advise on risk, liability, disclaimers and user right
  • Update documents as the product changes and grows

What we need from you

  • Qualified lawyer with experience in business / commercial / tech / online platforms
  • Strong background writing contracts and Terms & Conditions
  • Clear written English (no heavy jargon – our users must understand the terms)
  • Familiar with UK law for digital services and online marketplaces
  • Comfortable using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT) to support drafting, checks and best practices (while still using your own legal judgement)
  • Your own laptop and access to Microsoft Word to draft and convert files into PDF

This is a project-based role focused on delivering complete, UK-compliant Terms and Conditions and core legal documents for our platform, with the possibility of ongoing work as we launch and improve the product.
