Second Skin Industries is looking for a Lead Management Officer to join our growing team.

Position:

Lead Management Officer

Location: Quezon City | Onsite

Compensation: Competitive Salary + Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Management & Monitoring

• Receive and manage all incoming leads from marketing, referrals, social media, website, and partner branches.

• Ensure all leads are accurately entered into the Lark CRM with complete client details.

• Assign leads to the appropriate CSR or sales representative based on branch or client type.

• Monitor lead status daily (New, Follow-up, Quoted, Closed, Lost).

• Maintain an updated and accurate lead database for reporting and analysis.

Follow-up & Conversion

• Oversee follow-up activities and ensure all leads are contacted within SLA (same day or within 24 hours).

• Track conversion rates and analyze reasons for lost leads.

• Coordinate with the Sales Team to improve close rates and response strategies.

• Ensure quotations are sent promptly and properly documented.

Branch Coordination

• Coordinate with branch heads (Alabang, BGC, Quezon Ave) for lead transfers and walk-ins.

• Track and tag agent or partner branch leads for proper commission and warranty tracking.

• Maintain transparency and record-keeping for converted leads.

Reporting & Analytics

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead volume, conversion rates, sources, and performance metrics.

• Analyze lost reasons and CSR performance to identify improvement opportunities.

• Provide actionable insights to Sales and Marketing teams for better campaign targeting.

Qualifications:

• Experience in sales coordination, CRM management, or data analysis preferred.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good communication and reporting abilities.

• Proficiency in Excel or CRM tools (Lark CRM experience is an advantage).
