Job Description
- E-commerce Specialist is responsible for managing an organization's online sales and marketing channels.
- They are tasked with driving an effective, profit-generating e-commerce strategy.
- This includes integrating customer data collection, customer experience design, online advertising, SEO, analytics, and customer relations management.
- Act as Customer Service Representative to ensure that and customer satisfaction is being achieved.
- This role plays an integral part in the success of the organization's digital presence.
- At least with Bachelor education background
- With at least 1 year experience as E-commerce specialist.
- With strong business management and digital skills.
- Computer literate and internet savvy.
- Can work with minimal supervision.
- Can handle pressure with ease and understanding.
