As a Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for managing our opportunities, both new and existing, identifying fresh avenues for growth, fostering lasting relationships, and creating impactful marketing strategies. To excel in this role, you must demonstrate exceptional oral and written communication skills and understand the communication needs of individual clients. You should be comfortable being the main point of contact for numerous clients and have extraordinary organizational and multitasking skills while remaining detail-oriented at all times. Furthermore, your experience in the industry has created a network of colleagues, clients, mutual connections, and opportunities that you can utilize in any role. Candidates must have experience working with media, advertising, or entertainment agencies, ensuring a strong understanding of the industry landscape and key partnerships.

Responsibilities:

• Leverage proficiency in various digital marketing platforms such as Google, Meta, and TikTok, alongside influencer marketing platforms to craft and execute highly effective digital marketing campaigns.
• Implement a data-driven approach to understand target audience/market behavior, ensuring campaigns resonate with the market.
• Demonstrate a keen sense of identifying new markets while strategically nurturing client relationships.
• Proven ability to build and maintain profitable relationships with both suppliers and clients, focusing on long-term success.
• Manage and exceed KPIs, build a sales pipeline, and leverage CRM systems to drive growth and success.
• Be an expert in contract negotiations, creating sustainable partnerships that bring value to the company's products and services.
• Focus on product differentiation and the delivery of invaluable service in all partnerships.
• Design and conduct market studies, and industry/competitor analysis, using a data-driven approach to guide digital marketing directions.
• Translate company data into analyses and recommendations with a substantial impact on business development.
• Lead client acquisition, contract negotiations, and secure contracts with a focus on innovation and strategic partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to pioneer new business initiatives and optimize existing ones.
• Manage profit and loss responsibilities, ensuring the financial success of the agency's digital marketing ventures.
• Influencer Management: Experience managing and negotiating with influencers and KOLs at multiple companies, including recommending appropriate influencers and ensuring timely delivery of work. This involves collaboration and communication, which are crucial for partnerships.
• Collaboration: The candidate has collaborated with KOLs on various projects, including social media posting, seeding projects, and events.
• Liaising: Experience liaising with Media Relations to ensure media coverage.
