Duties and Responsibilities

1. Continuous Improvement Programs
2. Provides long-term and short-term strategies and looks for programs and opportunities for improvements related to cost and process efficiency.
3. Evaluates effectiveness of projects and programs if beneficial to the company.
4. Monitors program to ensure scope and schedule meet the requirements.
5. Ensures effective and efficient management of resources.
6. Collaborates analysis and results with Department Managers / Department Heads for implementation.

6S Implementation

7. Oversees program implementation progress.

8. Evaluates progress and attainment.

Performance Analysis and Reports

9. Reviews assessment and reports to provide appropriate action plans.

10. Ensures that all Corporate IE concerns are being attended and resolved.

People Management

11. Reviews IE work plan and workloads to ensure balance distribution of work.

12. Provides coaching and counseling to direct reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree Graduate
• Minimum five (5) to seven (7) years of working experience
• IE Tools Techniques
• Management Skills
• Projects and Program Management
• Critical Thinking
