WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • 3-5 years experience with P2P system, preferably Workday Procurement tool OR any related tool such as JIRA, Icertis, etc. )
  • Become an expert in our procurement policies and processes
  • Review, adjust, and approve purchase requests raised by business users
  • Ensured purchasing compliance according to our policies and processes
  • Act as the first point of contact for all requests, questions, and issues raised by Workday Procurement users
  • Provide business support to the users throughout the entire purchasing process (P2P)
  • Handled purchase Order (PO) and Goods Receipt (GR) discrepancies
  • Manage the claim management process
  • Perform all tasks related to supplier management. Including supplier onboarding, qualification, evaluation, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Creation of new standard goods and services in our internal purchasing system
  • Maintenance of data related to standard goods and services in our internal purchasing system
  • Provide continuous improvement feedback to the Guided Buying system and relevant process to drive efficiency improvements
  • Support the Contracting process by facilitating contract reviews
  • Conduct small volume “tenders” according to valid policy (i.e. most likely obtain offer(s), potentially negotiate with supplier(s), and award contract by choosing the most competitive offer in collaboration with relevant stakeholders)
  • Support the invoice reconciliation process for related invoices to ensure a three-way-match (PO-GR-Invoice)


WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • Good understanding of databases
  • Excellent knowledge of word processing, presentation tools, spreadsheets (Microsoft Office and G-Suite), and Gmail
  • Professional proficiency in English, both oral and written
  • Clear, effective, and concise communicator
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Fast learner with new technology and easily adapts to different tech systems
  • Organized and excellent time management skills
  • Experience challenging and improving the status quo
  • Nice-to-have: experience with Atlassian Tools (ie. JIRA), Icertis, and other procurement tools
