Operator Technician

Job Description
- Operate machinery and equipment to fabricate ductwork components, following specifications and blueprints.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
- Monitor production process, identifying and reporting any issues or defects.
- Collaborate with other production staff to meet production targets and quality standards.
- Follow safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- 1-3 year's of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in duct fabrication.
- Ability to operate machinery and equipment safety and efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of ductwork fabrication techniques and materials.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
