Description

  • Collaborate with business leaders to provide human resources support and guidance.
  • Develop and implement human resources strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage employee relations and performance.
  • Manage human resources projects and programs as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above, or current student, with a preference for majors in Human Resources or Science and Engineering.
  • Some understanding of the Web3 or internet industry.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Completed courses related to project management or holds a project management certification.
