JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor degree in Human Resource and Psychology
• With 2 years’ experience in HR in a PEZA registered company
• With Supervisory is advantage
• Amendable to work on site in Batangas
• Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate and manage the onboarding process.
• Conduct exit interviews and manage offboarding processes.
• Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and company regulations.
• Update HR policies and employee handbooks.
• Oversee daily office operations and maintenance.
