Job Description
- Manage recruitment processes, including job postings and interviews.
- Create and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct employee training and development programs.
- Oversee performance management and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Administer benefits and compensation programs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant experience in HR roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong skills in Training and Development, Performance Management, HR Business Partnering, and Talent Management. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional travel for training and recruitment.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to work under pressure.
