Description
- Lead the recruitment team in achieving hiring targets
- Design and implement effective recruitment strategies
- Screen, interview, and endorse qualified candidates
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to HR management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, or equivalent
- Minimum of 2–3 years of solid recruitment experience, with 1 year in a lead role
- Experience handling volume hiring and sourcing for various positions
- Proficient in recruitment platforms and tools
- Willing to work Mondays- Saturdays
