You will ensure that performance initiatives run efficiently and fairly, and you will support business decisions through in-depth data analysis. Fluency in both English and Chinese is essential to support our diverse, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Performance Management System Design & Optimization
• Lead the end-to-end design, configuration, and administration of annual and quarterly performance cycles on Lark HRIS, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and year-end evaluations.
• Collaborate with business leaders to establish, cascade, and calibrate departmental and individual KPIs and OKRs in alignment with company strategy, ensuring goals are both aligned and ambitious.
• Continuously refine performance processes, tools, and templates to improve efficiency and employee experience.
2. System Administration & Data Analysis
• Act as the internal expert on the HRIS performance module, handling daily maintenance, access control, feature testing, and updates.
• Provide training and support on system functionality, workflows, and best practices for employees and managers.
• Collect, cleanse, and analyze performance data; create visual reports (e.g., goal achievement rates, calibration distributions, nine-box talent grids) to inform talent reviews, compensation discussions, and leadership development.
3. Communication, Training & Support
• Draft performance policies, user guides, and company-wide communications in both English and Chinese.
• Organize and facilitate performance management training sessions and workshops—both virtual and in-person—for global and cross-regional teams.
• Provide consultation and coaching on goal setting, performance feedback, and development conversations to managers and employees.
4. Projects & Collaboration
• Participate in or lead HR initiatives related to performance management, such as engagement surveys, succession planning, and incentive program design.
• Work closely with HRBPs, Recruitment, and Learning & Development teams to ensure seamless integration across talent management processes.
Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of HR experience focused on performance management.
• Hands-on experience configuring and managing OKR/KPI workflows in an (Lark) HRIS platform, with a solid understanding of both back-end configurations and front-end user journeys.
• Proven track record building or deeply operating comprehensive KPI and OKR systems, with clear understanding of core concepts, differences, and use cases.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken and written), capable of professional business communication, document drafting, and leading international meetings.
• Strong data analysis skills; advanced proficiency in Excel/Sheets; experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) is a plus.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills, with a strong service mindset and ability to drive cross-functional initiatives.
Preferred:
• Experience in technology, internet, or high-growth organizations.
• HR certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR.
• Experience designing or implementing 360-degree feedback or Continuous Performance Management (CFR) models.
