Job Responsibilities

1. Investigate business operations, perform organizational diagnostics based on strategies, develop human resource solutions, and facilitate organizational development and transformation;

2. Be responsible for the talent pipeline construction of the industry-research team, lead team building efforts, promote the recruitment of key positions within the business team, and identify, attract, and retain key talents.

3. Enhance personnel capabilities, regularly organize human resource inventories and capability assessments, formulate talent cultivation and development plans, and organize and streamline internal development channels;

4. Responsible for establishing team culture, creating effective and diverse internal communication channels, and utilizing various methods to convey and promote information, thereby fostering a dedicated and enjoyable working atmosphere.

5. Participate in other human resources-related tasks.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher, proficient in English as a working communication language, with over 5 years of relevant experience in human resources. Experience in HRBP is preferred.

2. Possess extensive HRBP experience, capable of deeply understanding business operations, independent thinking, and making quick and accurate professional judgments, with a systematic accumulation of knowledge across various human resources modules, and practical experience in two or more modules such as TA, ER, C&B, and OC&OD.

3. Excellent communication and coordination skills, strong logical analysis and problem-solving capabilities, with a high degree of interpersonal sensitivity and influence;

4. Proactive, self-motivated, able to adapt to the fast-paced development of the company's work environment, and possesses strong learning and adaptability skills.
