HubSpot Expert + Social Media Manager

Full-time 40 hours per week

TBD within 7 AM – 5 PM CST

Responsibilities:

HubSpot

Create, send, and analyze email marketing campaigns (newsletters, promotional, nurture, post-purchase)

Develop robust marketing automation workflows for each stage of the guest journey

Build smart, segmented lists using form fills, lifecycle stages, location, and behavior

Set up, test, and refine lead scoring models that align with sales-readiness

Create landing pages, thank-you pages, forms, and pop-ups that convert

Ensure proper use of UTM tracking and campaign association for accurate performance reporting

Ensure the contact database stays clean, organized, and up to date through regular de-duplication, tagging, and list maintenance

Generate and present actionable performance reports using HubSpot dashboards and custom analytics

Support Sales alignment through lead handoff workflows, internal notifications, and CRM automation

Continuously improving processes with A/B testing, personalization tokens, and behavior-based triggers

Collaborate on CTA strategy, blog integrations, and downloadable resource promotions

Social Media Management

Plan, write, and schedule social content across Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and YouTube

Align the social calendar with store promotions, events, guest FAQs, national “day of” tie-ins, and blog content

Write friendly, helpful captions and create short-form video content (Reels, Stories, Shorts) that connect with our core guest persona

Design or source engaging images, videos, Reels, Stories, and other creative assets using Canva or mobile-friendly tools

Build keyword-rich, searchable Pinterest pins and boards around style, space-saving tips, and seasonal themes

Upload and optimize YouTube content with clear titles, searchable descriptions, tags, and strong calls to action

Help manage comment threads, respond to DMs, and encourage community interaction

Track content performance using platform insights, HubSpot data, and Google Analytics

Adjust blog topics, post types, timing, and creative direction based on engagement trends, conversions, and feedback

Analytics, Optimization & Innovation

Track campaign and post-performance using HubSpot, platform-native tools, and Google Analytics

Monitor KPIs including open/click-through rates, lead conversion, video engagement, reach, saves, and shares

Use AI tools like ChatGPT responsibly to brainstorm, repurpose, and polish content

Look for content gaps and opportunities to improve clarity, relevance, or conversion

Bring new ideas to the table—whether it’s a content format, automation improvement, or smarter tagging

Cross-Team Collaboration

Partner with content, email, design, and store teams to support brand consistency

Collaborate with sales leaders (Home Solution & Sleep Specialists) to amplify in-store strategies online

Coordinate with paid digital partners to extend campaign reach via ads when needed

Qualifications:

MUST HAVE previous experience as a Virtual Assistant for a foreign client!

MUST HAVE at least 2 years of experience using HubSpot Marketing Hub for campaign creation, automation, and reporting!

MUST HAVE experience creating and managing content across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and YouTube!

MUST HAVE experience with video editing (Reels, Stories, YouTube Shorts using CapCut, Rush, etc.)!

MUST HAVE experience with ChatGPT or similar AI tools to enhance content creation!

MUST HAVE experience with Graphic design (Canva, Adobe Express, etc.)

MUST be familiar with SEO, Google Analytics, and social platform insights!

MUST be open to upskilling and willing to learn new tasks!

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Strong attention to detail

Fast learner, a self-starter and a team player

Proficient in English

Bonus Skills (a PLUS but NOT REQUIRED):

HubSpot certifications (Email Marketing, Marketing Software, or Reporting)

Knowledge of website heatmaps, guest journey mapping, or UX optimization

Experience in multi-location or retail marketing

UGC, influencer, or brand ambassador coordination

Technical Requirements:

At least Windows 10 or macOS Catalina

At least 8 GB RAM/Memory installed

At least 20 MBPS internet speed
