  • Assist in recruitment and hiring processes.
  • Maintain employee records and documentation.
  • Coordinate training and development programs.

  • Assist in performance management and evaluations.

Requirements

  • Graduate of any 4-year course preferably B.S. Psychology or Behavioral Science
  • With at least 1-2 years working experience as HR Staff
  • With good communication skills
  • With background in human resource principles and payroll processing
  • Willing to be work in Tibungco, Davao City
