Recruitment Management 1. Responsible for end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and conducting initial interviews. Key roles include TikTok streamers, operators, KOL operations specialists, and content operations specialists. 2. Collaborate with department heads to define hiring needs and ensure an efficient, seamless recruitment process. Personnel Management 1. Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, probation conversion, transfers, and related procedures. 2. Oversee employee attendance, leave requests, and expense reimbursements. 3. Accurately calculate and timely distribute employee payroll. Administrative Support 1. Handle daily office administration tasks, including procurement of office supplies and equipment maintenance and management. 2. Maintain the office environment and ensure proper operation of all facilities. Event Support Assist in organizing and coordinating business negotiations, meetings, and other corporate events. Qualifications 1. Bachelor’s degree or above in any field. Fluency in Vietnamese and Chinese is required; English proficiency is a plus. 2. 1–2 years of HR experience in recruitment, personnel, and administrative roles; candidates with Chinese-English or Chinese-Vietnamese translation experience will be preferred. 3. Prior experience recruiting for TikTok, MCNs, or live streamers is an advantage, especially with an existing talent pool. 4. Excellent communication, organizational, and coordination skills, with a strong team-oriented mindset.
