Description

  • Handle timely deployment of new hires by following the recruitment & manning calendar
  • Monitor Incident/Violation Reports & check compliance on the processes required
  • Monitor & accomplish attendance reports for payroll processing
  • Perform administrative tasks including but not limited to filing, providing verification of employments, maintaining forms and other documents for processing
  • Maintain a repository of table of organization, job descriptions, memos, and other related documents
  • Process and maintain the employee’s 201 files with strict confidentiality
  • Prepare document & process employee separations & clearance


Daily Task

  • Assist the HR  to deal with other matters assigned by the supervisor
  • Notice of maintenance of office environment and equipment.
  • Record employee attendance


Others

  • Assist in meeting, event preparation, preparation of statistical reports, written reports,briefings and other materials
  • Responsible for the procurement and distribution of office supplies.
  • Data processing, image scanning and directory archiving.

Requirements

  • Have above average written and oral communication skills in english.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
