Role Overview

As our HR Officer, you will support the HR Generalist in managing HR operations for our global workforce. You will assist with HR administration, recruitment coordination, employee documentation, and general HR support across multiple regions. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a remote, multicultural environment.


Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and updated employee records for global employees

• Support onboarding and offboarding processes (document collection, contract preparation, coordination of requirements)

• Assist recruitment activities (job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, follow-ups)

• Track performance management processes (evaluation schedules, documentation, follow-ups)

• Provide day-to-day support for employee concerns and escalate sensitive issues to the HR Generalist when needed

• Support payroll coordination, timekeeping, attendance monitoring, and benefits administration (region-dependent)

• Prepare HR reports, trackers, and summaries as requested

• Assist with various administrative tasks assigned by the HR Generalist, including coordination, documentation, and internal communications

• Support culture-building and employee engagement initiatives

• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive employee information


Qualifications

• Experience as an HR Officer, HR Assistant, HR Admin, or similar role

• Exposure to supporting employees across different countries/time zones is an advantage

• Basic understanding of HR processes, documentation, and compliance practices

• Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities

• Proficient in Google Workspace and MS Office; experience with HR systems is a plus

• Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
