Job Description: - Responsible for recruiting across various positions per the company’s hiring plan, including requirement discussions, job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and offer follow-up - Collaborate closely with hiring departments to understand job requirements and selection criteria, and assist in optimizing job descriptions - Conduct recruitment through various channels (job boards, social media, etc.) - Perform initial candidate interviews and assessments, and recommend suitable candidates to hiring managers - Coordinate the interview process, collect feedback, and facilitate hiring decisions - Manage offer communication, background checks (if applicable), and onboarding follow-up - Maintain candidate and talent databases to improve recruitment efficiency Job Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, or related fields - Fluent in English for daily business communication - At least 1 year of recruitment experience (outstanding recent graduates may be considered) - Excellent communication and coordination skills with a strong service orientation - Detail-oriented, responsible, with high execution capability and stress tolerance - Ability to handle multiple recruitment tasks simultaneously and strong time management skills
