Key Responsibilities • Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and new-hire onboarding. • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases. • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and legal requirements. • Coordinate performance evaluations and support ongoing performance management processes. • Facilitate employee engagement activities and support training and development initiatives. • Administer benefits, compensation, leave, and payroll processes as needed. • Address employee inquiries and assist with employee relations and conflict resolution. • Ensure compliance with relevant U.S. federal and state labor laws (e.g., FMLA, EEO, ADA) and HR best practices. • Prepare periodic HR reports and metrics to inform leadership decision-making. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum of 2 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist or operational HR role. • Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, ADP) and MS Office applications. • Strong knowledge of HR functions, U.S. employment laws, and compliance requirements. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. • Fluency in English and Chinese, with strong written and verbal communication abilities. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR information.
