Tanggung Jawab

  1. Melakukan pengawasan tenaga kerja 
  2. Memberikan Konsultasi, SP dan lainnya
  3. Melakukan koordinasi dgn usr / pengawas & HR SIte Klien
  4. Melakukan absensi karyawan, serta membuat laporan harian, mingguan, bulanan
  5. Menangani bila terjadi kecelakaan kerja pada karyawan


Syarat pekerjaan

  1. Memiliki pengalaman sbg HR min 2 tahun
  2. Pendidikan Min D3 semua jurusan
  3. Dapat mengelola proses Administrasi Ketenagakerjaan dengan baik
  4. Memahami Ms. Office terutama Excel & Word, dan memahami penggunaan sistem
  5. Memahami mengenai Undang-undang Tenaga Kerja
  6. Bersedia mengikuti sistem kerja Roster
  7. Diutamakan berdomisili area Mantewe
