我们正在寻找一位专注且细致的虚拟人力资源助理（HR VA），以支持我们客户的人力资源团队完成各种行政和运营任务。理想的候选人应对人力资源实践有深入了解，具备优秀的沟通能力，并能够独立工作。
主要职责
- 协助招聘流程，包括发布职位广告和筛选简历。
- 协调面试，并在整个招聘过程中与候选人沟通。
- 维护和更新员工记录及人力资源数据库。
- 支持新员工的入职流程，包括文档处理和培训。
- 协助人力资源政策和程序的制定与实施。
- 处理员工关于人力资源政策、福利和薪酬的咨询。
- 帮助组织员工培训和发展项目。
- 准备与人力资源指标和倡议相关的报告和演示文稿。
- 确保遵守劳动法和相关法规。
