Administer and process employee compensation, payroll, and benefits programs.
Maintain and update employee records related to compensation and benefits.
Ensure compliance with government regulations, labor laws, and internal policies.
Assist in employee queries regarding pay, benefits, and HR policies.
Coordinate with external partners (e.g., government agencies, insurance providers, vendors).
Support administrative functions such as filing, documentation, correspondence, and office coordination.
Provide assistance to HR and management in implementing policies and other related tasks.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, or related field.
Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in HR Compensation and Benefits or Administrative roles , Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.
Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in MS Office.
Working Conditions: Office environment; standard work hours with potential for overtime.
