Description

  • Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate screenings.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with policies.
  • Support onboarding and training programs for new hires.
  • Facilitate employee engagement activities and performance reviews.
  • Assist with payroll and benefits administration.
  • Handle employee inquiries and ensure a positive workplace environment.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: A Diploma in Human Resources or a related field is required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in HR roles, preferably in recruiting or employee relations.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting, talent acquisition, and human resource planning. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in recruitment processes, manage employee relations, and support HR planning activities.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment; may involve some remote work flexibility.
