Description

POSITION: HUMAN RESOURCE ASSOCIATE

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: FULL-TIME (from Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 A.M. - 6:36 P.M.)

LOCATION: 210 SPEAKER PEREZ ST. BARANGAY MAHARLIKA, QUEZON CITY

SALARY: ₱ 18,070.00 - ₱ 20,000.00

ALLOWANCE: ₱ 2,000.00 (Transportation)


The HR Associate plays a crucial role in our Human Resources department and reports directly to the HR Department and Top Management regarding recruitment and selection, employee benefits program and other HR related tasks.

The continuous growth of Deus Enterprises Co. will be scaled up to other areas around the country, providing more effortless and convenient supplies and deliveries to all procuring entities.


Recruitment and Selection:

  • Assist in posting job advertisements on various job portals and platforms.
  • Screen incoming resumes and applications to shortlist potential candidates.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Assist in conducting initial interviews and assessments.
  • Help prepare and extend job offers to successful candidates.

Employee Onboarding:

  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Collect and process new hire paperwork and ensure all required documents are completed.
  • Prepare and conduct orientation sessions to introduce new employees to company policies, procedures, and culture.
  • Assist in setting up new employees' workstations and providing necessary resources.

Benefits and Compensation:

  • Assist in administering employee benefits programs (e.g., health insurance, retirement plans).
  • Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate attendance and leave records.
  • Address employees' inquiries related to benefits and compensation.

Training and Development:

  • Help organize training sessions and workshops for employees.
  • Maintain training records and assist in evaluating training effectiveness.
  • Coordinate training logistics, including venue booking and material preparation.

Legal Compliance:

  • Help ensure compliance with labor code and company policies.
  • Assist in preparing and submitting necessary reports to government agencies.


Requirements

  • Must be a Graduate of BSBA Human Resources Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or a related field of study
  • Must have at least 1-2 years of experience in the HR facet/s
