Description
- Support recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate screenings.
- Assist in employee onboarding and training initiatives.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Facilitate communication between management and employees regarding policies.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement and wellness programs.
- Support performance management and evaluation processes.
Requirements
- Male
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in HR roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting and talent acquisition.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effective in employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Excellent process management and attention to detail.
- Working Conditions: Office setting, standard working hours with potential for flexibility.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, empathetic, and a team player.
