- Attila, Incorporated, a leader in the Food & Beverages industry, is seeking an Organizational Development Specialist.
- Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills.
- Conduct assessments to identify organizational needs and performance gaps.
- Facilitate change management initiatives to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with leadership to align development strategies with company goals.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of development programs.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Public or Business Administration, Behavioral Science, or a related field
- At least 6 months of background in end-to-end training is an advantage
- Willing to work in West Ave. Quezon City
- Experience in the retail company is a plus, but not required
- Ability to cope in a fast-paced and high-growth environment
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Photoshop skill is a plus
