  • Support the HR department in implementing programs to enhance the employee experience.
  • Assist with recruiting processes, including job postings, candidate screenings, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
  • Facilitate employee relations by addressing queries and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Contribute to talent management initiatives and assist with performance management processes.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives that promote an inclusive workplace culture.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in HR or related fields.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), attention to detail, and proficiency in HRIS.
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Skills and Competencies: Familiarity with talent acquisition and employee relations processes.
