- Assist in recruitment processes, maintain HR records, support employee relations, and help administer compensation and benefits programs.
- Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job openings and screening resumes.
- Support onboarding procedures for new hires and maintain employee records.
- Coordinate training programs and employee development initiatives.
- Provide assistance in policy implementation and compliance with labor laws.
- Respond to employee inquiries and facilitate a positive workplace environment.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: Fresh graduates or students seeking entry-level HR positions.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, proficiency in Recruiting, HRIS, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations, and written communication.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; may involve occasional overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, team player, proactive, and compassionate towards employees.
