Description
- Manage recruitment processes including job postings, screenings, and interviews.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in employee onboarding and training programs.
- Support performance management and employee relations activities.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Conduct benefit administration and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of HR experience, with emphasis on recruiting and talent acquisition.
- Skills: Proficient in people management, process management, candidate screening, and employee relations; strong written and verbal communication; adept in computer usage and interpersonal interactions.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential remote work; occasional overtime may be required.
- Qualities: Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable with strong organizational skills.
