Description

  • Manage recruitment processes including job postings, screenings, and interviews.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in employee onboarding and training programs.
  • Support performance management and employee relations activities.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Conduct benefit administration and ensure compliance with labor laws.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of HR experience, with emphasis on recruiting and talent acquisition.
  • Skills: Proficient in people management, process management, candidate screening, and employee relations; strong written and verbal communication; adept in computer usage and interpersonal interactions.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with potential remote work; occasional overtime may be required.
  • Qualities: Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable with strong organizational skills.
