HR Assistant provides support to the Human Resources department in day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient HR processes and a positive experience for employees. This role involves administrative tasks, recruitment assistance, and coordination of HR activities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.
  • Prepare and process HR documents such as employment contracts, onboarding forms, and leave requests.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems or files.
  • Support HR initiatives such as employee engagement activities, training sessions, and performance evaluations.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Assist in payroll preparation and attendance tracking as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required by the HR department.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently and in a team.


Working Conditions:

  • Office-based role with standard working hours.
  • May require occasional overtime during peak HR periods.
