Compensation and benefits: Administering payroll, managing benefits programs, and conducting performance reviews.
Employee relations: Handling employee issues, conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
Training and development: Implementing programs to help employees improve skills and knowledge, and supporting professional growth.
Policy and compliance: Developing, implementing, and updating HR policies and ensuring the company complies with government regulations.
Performance management: Overseeing the performance review process, providing feedback, and coaching employees and managers.
Culture and engagement: Working to create a positive and inclusive work environment, and implementing strategies to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
