Managing Applicant Pools: Maintaining databases of potential candidates, including resumes, contact information, and application materials.
Administrative Tasks: Data entry and record-keeping for applicant data.
Communication and Outreach: Communicating with potential candidates regarding future openings or job postings. Responding to inquiries from candidates and HR team members. Helping to build and maintain relationships with potential employees.
Supporting Recruitment Efforts: Assisting with screening and shortlisting applications. Supporting the recruitment process by preparing job postings and other materials. Participating in recruitment events or activities.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience Level: On the job experience is accepted
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting, social recruitment strategies, candidate screening, and strong attention to detail.
