Job Description
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and databases.
- Support performance management and appraisal systems.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives.
- Facilitate employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and policies.
- Address employee inquiries and concerns.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Less than 1 year of experience in HR or administrative roles.
- Strong communication, organizational abilities, proficiency in HR software, and knowledge of labor laws.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, maintain employee records, and support HR initiatives.
- Office environment with standard working hours.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, ethical, and excellent interpersonal skills.
