Responsibilities and Duties: Manage payroll, assist in recruitment, maintain employee records, and support HR initiatives.
Hiring/Pooling of new candidates
Preparation of attendance
Processing of bi-monthly payroll
Computation of 3 regulatory government remittances (PagIbig, Philhealth and SSS)
Preparation and signing of employment contracts
Leave forms etc
Resignation clearances
DOLE Compliance processing
Training and development activities for staff

Requirements

Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Diploma degree in Human Resources or related field.
Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably as an HR Officer or Generalist.
Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, expertise in Compensation and Benefits, Payroll management, HRIS proficiency, and recruitment experience.
Working Conditions: Office-based environment with potential remote work options.
