Assist in job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates.
Prepare onboarding documents and facilitate orientation for new hires.
Handle exit processes, including clearance and final pay computation coordination.
Maintain and update employee files and HR databases (e.g., 201 files).
Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data privacy laws.
Coordinate employee engagement activities.
Support grievance procedures and conflict resolution
Prepare HR-related reports and documentation.
Provide support for audits and compliance checks.

Age of 30 years old
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business ---Administration, or a related field.
6 months to 1 year of experience in HR or administrative work is preferred but not always required for entry-level roles.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Can work independently and as part of a team.
