Position: Portuguese Human Resource Advisor

Industry: Australian Shared Services

Location: Ortigas, Pasig City

Salary: Php 70,000 - Php 100,000 gross

Schedule: Midshift (3:00 pm - 12:00 mn) | Midnight/Nightshift (9:00 pm - 6:00 am)

Work Set-up: Hybrid (once or twice a month onsite)

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and reporting to HR Leaders and stakeholders
• Training and advising managers on strategies for recruitment, selection, and interview evaluation procedures.
• Perform confidential investigations on policy violations, workplace issues, and incidents with the guidance of the local HRBPs.
• Follow a clear process and respect the local laws and languages to resolve most concerns, such as issues related to performance, attendance, or procedures.
• Prepare data and information for negotiations, such as. competitor analysis, agreement drafting, and communication writing
