Description

  • Knowledgeable on Employee's Disciplinary Actions processes.
  • Support recruitment processes, including screening and interviewing candidates.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees and conducting orientation programs.
  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
  • Facilitate training sessions and professional development initiatives.
  • Address employee inquiries and provide HR policy guidance.
  • Contribute to performance management and employee engagement activities.
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on recruiting and employee relations.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting, strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of compensation and benefits, and HRIS familiarity.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in recruitment processes, manage employee relations - disciplinary actions, administer compensation and benefits, and maintain HRIS.
  • Working Conditions: Typically office-based, with standard working hours; may require occasional overtime.
  • Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, strong written communication skills, and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
