• To oversee daily HR operations and administrative functions within the office.
• To manage and supervise the entire recruitment and retention process, including reviewing job advertisements, screening and selecting CVs, conducting interviews and background checks, providing onboarding, orientation, and training for new hires, and participating in the staff retention process.
• Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Manage leave administration.
• Monitor overall employee attendance and maintain leave records.
• Review employee monthly expense claims and manage payroll.
• Address employee grievances and provide necessary counseling.
• Manage employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.
• Administer license renewals and maintain tracking.
• Assist in periodic performance reviews and appraisal exercises.
• Create and maintain up-to-date database records.
• Maintain employees’ personal files in the database and electronic folders, as well as employee records in the HRIS system.
• Support the HR team with daily administrative tasks.

Office Management:

• Maintain office discipline.
• Manage office insurance policies.
• Oversee workplace safety and health management.
• Manage business travel arrangements, including transportation and accommodation.
• Ensure proper office maintenance.
• Review and update office policies and standard operating procedures for administration.
• Assist in organizing employee welfare and recreational activities (monthly/festive celebrations, dinners, team bonding, etc.).
