Description
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs.

- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Support performance management and appraisal processes.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience
- Skills and Competencies:Payroll management
- Compensation and benefits administration
- Excellent communication skills
- Process management expertise
- Organizational development knowledge
- Working Conditions: Typically office-based with standard hours
- Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
