Description

  • The HR Assistant supports the HR department in various administrative and operational functions. This includes assisting with recruitment, employee relations, record-keeping, and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes. The HR Assistant helps maintain compliance with legal and company requirements while fostering a positive work environment.
  • Requirements

    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).

    Strong administrative and organizational skills.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.

    Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

    Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

    Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with various departments.

    Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.


    Preferred Qualifications:

    Previous experience in an HR or administrative role.

    Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.

    Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.

    Familiarity with payroll systems and employee benefits administration.
