Description

The Human Resources Specialist must be able to take on Recruitment and Compensation & Benefits (C&B) work. This role is critical in supporting the school’s people strategy by attracting quality talent and ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant compensation practices for both academic and non-academic staff. The role also would need to provide administrative support at the Office of Humanr Resources for record keeping, organization, compliance with labor laws as well as local and international school standards.

What are Candidate Requirements?

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Business or related field
  • Previous experience in training and education-related work is an advantage
  • Proficiency with computer applications and document programs, specifically Google Apps for Education, & HR systems
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience, with solid exposure to both hiring and C&B administration
  • Strong understanding of Philippine labor regulations, Dep Ed and government-mandated benefits
  • Flexibility, multi-tasking, office-management and organizational skills
  • Smart, analytical and detail-oriented and with a good track record
  • With excellent English communication skills
  • Positive, happy and warm personality
  • Trustworthy with high moral and work ethic
  • At least three references must be immediately available
  • And candidate must immediately available to work full-time in Pasig City, Philippines
