We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Generalist with a strong focus on Compensation and Benefits to join our team. In this role, you will manage and administer competitive pay structures, benefits programs, and incentive plans, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. You will provide guidance to employees and managers, conduct market benchmarking, and support HR initiatives that drive employee engagement and organizational success.

• Create and manage salary structures, pay grades, incentives, and bonus programs.
• Conduct job evaluations, salary benchmarking, and market analysis to stay competitive.
• Handle merit increases, promotions, and internal pay equity reviews.
• Ensure compliance with government benefits, labor laws, and tax regulations.
• Monitor and improve benefits programs, including payroll and HRIS support.
• Prepare reports and analyze compensation, benefits, and total rewards data.
• Assist with hiring, orientation, and onboarding of new employees.
• Address HR inquiries, support conflict resolution, and promote a positive work environment.
• Support performance reviews, promotions, and training initiatives.
• Assist in developing, implementing, and communicating HR policies and procedures.
• Support programs to improve employee satisfaction, retention, and workplace culture.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 2–7+ years as an HR Generalist with significant exposure to Compensation and Benefits.
• Experience in designing, administering, and optimizing salary structures and benefits programs.
• Familiarity with government benefits filings, payroll processing, and HRIS systems
• Knowledge of labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
