- Assist in employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Support performance management and employee evaluation processes.
- Administer employee benefits and maintain HR records.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Facilitate training and development initiatives.
- Address employee inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of HR experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits, and Excellent Communication Skills.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours, may require occasional overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, proactive approach, and adaptability.
