Assist the HR Manager to Lead, mentor, and monitor the HR team, with emphasis on achieving recruitment and deployment targets.
Spearhead sourcing strategies, recruitment drives, and alternative hiring channels to meet urgent manpower needs.
Oversee pre-employment processing, documentation, and timely onboarding of employees.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and client-specific requirements.
Coordinate with operations, payroll, and other departments for smooth employee management.
Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Maintain HR records, reports, and metrics for management review.
Initiate programs to improve retention, engagement, and workforce readiness.
Represent HR in client meetings, audits, and inspections as needed.
Continuously improve HR processes to cope with the agency’s fast-paced demands.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of HR experience and in a supervisory role—preferably in a manpower or staffing agency.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and HRIS/applicant tracking systems.
Can thrive under pressure, handle multiple priorities, and adapt quickly to operational changes.
