HR Officer (HR Generalist)

Ortigas Center, Pasig City | Full-Time | Onsite


About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer (HR Generalist) to join our growing team. This role will support day-to-day Human Resources operations, ensure smooth execution of HR processes while promoting a positive workplace culture. The HR Officer will be exposed to all facets of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training, and HR administration.


Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding – Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job posting and screening to facilitating interviews and onboarding new employees.
  • Employee Relations – Provide support in handling employee concerns, assisting in conflict resolution, and ensuring healthy workplace relations.
  • Compensation & Benefits – Administer employee benefits, process government-mandated contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), and support payroll preparation.
  • HR Administration – Maintain accurate and updated employee records, manage HR databases, and prepare employment documents.
  • Policy & Compliance – Ensure company compliance with HR policies and labor regulations under the Philippine Labor Code.
  • Training & Development – Assist in coordinating training programs and employee engagement activities.
  • HR Reports – Prepare and submit regular HR-related reports and metrics to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of solid experience in Human Resources handling multiple HR functions.
  • Knowledge of Philippine labor laws, government benefits administration, and HR best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS/HR systems.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
